If you wish to use other card or payment options, such as AMEX, Diners, check etc,

| Guarantee of your satisfaction |
If for any reason your Vinoté purchase
does not meet your satisfaction in either quality or performance, you
can return the
goods for a full money back refund.
- You must contact Vinoté immediately and retain all packaging
- Goods must be returned at no cost to Vinoté.
- The item must be unused, in its original box and with the original
packing materials.
- Vinoté reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up
to 20% of the value.

| Packing and postage |
Prices quoted include all freight costs
provided, "Where
you live in the world" is in the same vicinity as where you expect
delivery to be made. The exception to this rule is wines from the wine
club are quoted freight free in the country of origin, but exclusive
of freight outside of the country of origin.

| Dispatch and Delivery to you |
All Vinoté goods
are normally dispatched within 2 working days. You will be contacted
immediately if there are any delays
in processing of your order.
While most goods are shipped direct to you from New Zealand, they generally arrive at your doorstep within a maximum of 10 days. There is no cost to you for the distance they travel, see above.

Goods are generally sent by mail or courier
