How the Club Works

The Vinoté Wine Cellar Club has been established to provide members with superior wines. Your order will not only arrive on your door step at cellar door price but also accrue Club Loyalty Points for future free wine (see below for further details).

All wines are chosen for their special appeal due to quality, rarity or interest as well as cellaring potential and are not generally available to the public.

There is no subscription. Simply make a purchase of wine.

Loyalty Points for regular wine purchases and for introducing a new member.

Shipment within 3 days of receipt of your order. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Wines are chosen with care by Vinoté Cellar Club staff, in association with wineries and offered with integrity for your pleasure.

You have the right to return wines that displease you. But you must contact Vinoté first. Corked wines will be replaced free of charge where stocks exist. Where stocks are no longer available, corked wines will be replaced with the same wine from the current vintage.

You may make your purchase on-line or by email, phone or fax.

The receipt of an order indicates to us that you are over 21 years of age. If you are under 21 years of age, you must contact cellarclub@vinote.com before placing an order.

Under its licence, the Club reserves the right to refuse to supply wine and any decision reached in this regard is final.

There will be a single charge for shipping orders within New Zealand of $8.00. This charge will apply to any sized order.

We have structures in place to ship from New Zealand to the following countries.

The shipping varies in cost and services. Submitting an order will prompt a response which will include delivery charges.
