In doing business with you, our aim is to satisfy you in integrity of service, quality of products and speed of delivery.

All transactions are carried out in total security using WorldPay; your name, address and email are treated with absolute privacy.

You may prefer to send us an order form or an email and let one of our staff process your purchase for you.

Once you have selected your preferred currency prices, inclusive of all freight charges, are shown in that currency.

We promptly ship to anywhere in the world, however where a currency and a parcel destination vary, there may be an extra freight charge required and you will be contacted before dispatch.

The Vinoté Store uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, through WorldPay, to protect the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information during transmission over the Internet. Our privacy policy insures that your information is fully secure and protected.  

 
Accepted credit cards

You are welcome to make your on-line purchases using MasterCard or Visa.
If you wish to use other card or payment options, such as AMEX, Diners, check etc, please use the printable off-lineorder form, which can be faxed or posted to Vinoté.

Guarantee of your satisfaction

If for any reason your Vinoté purchase does not meet your satisfaction in either quality or performance, you can return the goods for a full money back refund.

  • You must contact Vinoté immediately and retain all packaging
  • Goods must be returned at no cost to Vinoté.
  • The item must be unused, in its original box and with the original packing materials.
  • Vinoté reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the value.

 

 
Packing and postage

Prices quoted include all freight costs provided, "Where you live in the world" is in the same vicinity as where you expect delivery to be made. The exception to this rule is wines from the wine club are quoted freight free in the country of origin, but exclusive of freight outside of the country of origin.

Dispatch and Delivery to you

All Vinoté goods are normally dispatched within 2 working days. You will be contacted immediately if there are any delays in processing of your order.
While most goods are shipped direct to you from New Zealand, they generally arrive at your doorstep within a maximum of 10 days. There is no cost to you for the distance they travel, see above.

Track and Trace

Goods are generally sent by mail or courier but if you want to be able to track and trace the delivery of your order and speed up the delivery, that facility is available at a small cost. Click here for details.

 
Variable Payments

Confidentiality

Unless otherwise clearly stated no name and address gathered by Vinoté is ever passed to a third party. Your name and details will be removed from the Vinoté database immediately a request to do so is received.
