Loyalty Points. |

The purpose of providing Loyalty Points
is to reward you for making regular purchases. Every time you purchase
wine
from the Vinoté Wine Cellar Club, you earn Loyalty Points. You
use these to claim free wine. The process is simple and highly rewarding.
The more regularly you buy, the more you allow your UMS to accumulate
and the more wine you buy, the greater the proportion of your purchase
goes towards Loyalty Points. The downside
of this Loyalty arrangement is that if you do not buy regularly your
accumulated
UMS will gradually decline.

The good news - For every 100 UMS over
2000 Points you will be allocated 15 Loyalty Points. |

Loyalty Points can be exchanged for free
wine up to the same UMS value. |

Loyalty Points used up in exchange for
free wine will depreciate your total accumulated UMS at the rate of 100 UMS
for every 15 Loyalty Points. |

 |
New Loyalty Points are not valid until
15 days after issue. |
| |
 |
Loyalty claims for free wine under 12
bottles, when not associated with another purchase order, or when the wine
is to be sent off shore will incur freight charges. |

 |
Free wine, in exchange for Loyalty Points,
can be claimed from the list of wines available to club members or special
requests can be placed for wines, which the club may be able to secure on
your behalf |

You can use your Loyalty Points in exchange
for other Vinoté products |

You will be regularly informed as to
the status of your Loyalty Points |

The bad news - If no subsequent
purchase is made within 100 days of your last purchase, your total accumulation
of
UMS will begin to depreciate at the rate of 0.5% a day. |

A purchase at any time will hold off
the depreciation for the following 100 days. |
| |
 |
Loyalty Points are not transferable. To maintain
consistency with the accumulation of Loyalty Points, you must use the same
name and email with each order you place. |

on a common UMS value
of 75 on all wines. It shows the value of accumulating your UMS and
the exponential growth in Loyalty Points.

Some examples. |

Mr and Mrs A join the club and buy a case in August, another
in October and then order 3 cases for Christmas. They ask that delivery is
delayed until their Loyalty Points become valid and they receive 6 free bottles
for Christmas.
Mr and Mrs B are more extravagant buyers. They buy two cases in August,
two in October and 4 for Christmas. They carry on holding their Loyalty
Points buying two more cases in February and then four cases in March for
a birthday party. They also ask that delivery is held up until their Loyalty
Points are valid. The birthday shipment will now include 22 free bottles. |

Each friend you introduce to the Vinoté Wine Cellar
Club, who makes a purchase and gives us your name and email during the
purchase procedure, will earn you an extra 100 UMS. This is to encourage
you to tell
your friends about the Club. You can introduce as many purchasing friends
as you wish. |

UMS (Uncork Merit Score) |
|
| |
|
Created by Uncork (producers of the Uncorked Cellar),
UMS is a calculated figure between 0 and 100 for each vintage of a wine.
Factors which are considered in the merit values for a wine include a
rating of this vintage of this wine as given by the winemaker (or similar
wines
by other winemakers in the region), vintage consistency, actual region,
the general regard for this wine or winery, cost of the wine etc. In general,
ratings of 50 or above represent good wines, 70 or above represent excellent
wines, while 90 or above indicate world class wines. Very few vintages
of
wines achieve a 100 rating - This indicates that the winemaker has no
higher aspirations for this wine, and that the wine itself is truly world
class.
As with all scoring systems, the merit score suffers from some subjective
opinion, although a lot less than most. There is no obligation for you
to use this score as your measure of the quality or value of the wine,
however
it is used as an international method of comparison within the Vinoté Wine
Club.
Where a wine offered by the Club has not been allocated a UMS by Uncork,
Vinoté will apply their own UMS using a similar algorithm as applied
by Uncork. All UMS displayed within Club correspondence will apply even
when these may differ from scores published elsewhere.
